I am here to help you reach those goals!

Online Run Coaching

We would first set up a time to talk, by phone or meet in person. I would evaluate your currant fitness level, goals and availability to train. This would determine how I can best help you with running. I would then build your customized training plan. The plan would include- goal paces, heart rate zones, specific types of runs, distances, duration of workouts, cross-training, recovery/rest days. You would receive the plan 1 month at a time with weekly check-ins by your coach for progress or adjustments. Athlete plans are communicated through Final Surge

$110 for each month or $90 for 6 month commitment
